The Minnesota Chamber has created the Center for Workforce Solutions to help solve critical workforce challenges and to sustain and grow Minnesota’s economy for the long term.
Through collaboration and key partnerships, it offers research and programs.
“Minnesota’s talented workforce is among our greatest assets and fuels our economy,” said Doug Loon, Minnesota Chamber president. “But the worker shortage is expected to hit 239,000 workers by 2022 — that’s a very real problem that challenges business’ ability to stay and grow in our communities.
“We seek to do more than admire our workforce challenges. We hope to help solve them through private-sector initiatives.”
